Jack G. Lemkuil

Attorney

Jack Lemkuil is an associate attorney who practices in a range of fields, including estate planning, business transactions, and small claims. Jack is also on his way to earning his Certified Financial Planner designation. He was born and raised in Wisconsin and is thrilled to be back home working for One Law Group, S.C. Jack received his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he double majored in Personal Finance and Legal Studies, with a minor in Criminal Justice.

He then went to the University of Minnesota Law School. He was a member of the Moot Court Competition Team and won the Best Brief Award for his Plaintiff's Memorandum in Opposition to the Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment. During law school, Jack also participated in the Bankruptcy and Business Law Clinics. He guided low-income people through the complexities of Chapter 7 bankruptcy. He also assisted businesses with a range of needs, such as forming corporations, drafted contracts, and negotiating leases with the Mall of America.



Jack enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, and working on his pickleball game outside of the office. He enjoys taking long walks with his new Bernedoodle puppy, Wally, and is an avid reader. Whether aiding clients in creating complete estate plans or offering clarity on business matters, Jack is committed to producing positive outcomes for each individual he represents.
