Personal Injury - In the area of personal injury, Tim provides legal counsel to accident victims as well as insurance related issues.

 

Mediation & Arbitration – Tim has mediated and or arbitrated cases in all areas of the law and has earned “Practitioner Mediator” status through the Wisconsin Association of Mediators. Tim is also a member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals. Insurance – Tim has earned his Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter designation and has provided legal counsel to many corporations and individuals regarding insurance matters. Tim has also been designated as an expert witness in insurance related matters in both Federal & State courts in Wisconsin.


Gun Trusts – Tim provides individuals with a gun trust primarily for legal compliance and estate planning, especially when owning firearms regulated under the National Firearms Act (NFA), such as suppressors or short-barreled rifles. A gun trust allows for shared possession, smooth transfers to beneficiaries, and other legal protections that individual ownership does not provide.
