John T. Schomisch, Jr.

John worked his way through school obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin Madison in 1986 and a Law Degree from Marquette University Law School in 1989. He has been helping clients for over 30 years.

John loves taking care of people. His career representing "the little guy" started with the Habush and Previant Golberg firms, later he managed his own firm, Schomisch Legal Group, LLC, and now is a Shareholder with One Law Group, S.C.

John combines his years of experience with his unique personal philosophy of "getting to know" the injured people he works with and provides each client with a customized and streamlined representation. John also understands the unique needs of the small businesses he represents.

John represents injured people, with a primary focus on car, motorcycle, boat and wrongful death litigation. Along with his focus on personal injury and wrongful death, he accepts, business disputes, litigation and trials, commercial real estate deals and litigation, along with insurance related cases. He also represents small business owners in litigation regarding various matters.
